ORDER & SHIPPING

We currently are not offering pick up for orders.  All orders must be placed through our website or social media channels. Your order will be shipped from our facility usually within 2-3 business days. 

All orders on the website are inclusive of regular shipping. You can choose to fast track, and priority ship your order by selecting priority shipping, you will be required to pay an additional amount as per shown on the website. Regular shipping will take approximately 10-21 days.

For rushed shipments, your order will be shipped from our facility within the next business day. International shipping usually takes 1-10 business days to reach its destination.  An additional amount for rushed international shipping is as per shown on the website.

For every order you place with us, we will be sending you an email confirmation on your order confirmation number and delivery date. For other inquiries on tracking, please email us at service@shopfineast.com. We will answer you within 24 hours on business working day.

Regular international shipping will take approximately 10-21 business days.

Fast track priority international shipping will take approximately 1-10 business days.

If you’re in a rush and require a specific delivery date, please contact us at service@shopfineast.com with your order tracking number. In case you require urgent conversation, please personally message us on our social media www.facebook.com/shopfineast for us to respond to you as soon as possible. We will check with our shipping and let you know the final shipment arrival date. Your order will be subjected to a rush priority shipping charge based on the weight of order and delivery location. 

All items are being shipped to you from Thailand. For regular shipping included within your order, please allow approximately 10-21 business days. For rushed priority shipping with an additional charge, please allow approximately 1-10 business days. Please note that most recently, all shipping providers are experiencing massive delays due to COVID-19 and are no longer guaranteeing any exact delivery dates.

If your order is with the inclusive regular shipping, please allow approximately 10-21 business days for your package to arrive. If you have selected priority shipping, and you have not received your order within the week, kindly please drop us an email at service@shopfineast.com.

We also suggest that you check your neighbors’ inboxes, or lobby where your shipping deliveries are normally delivered. It is possible for a misplacement due to human error. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or wrongful shipping address.

Our products are handmade in Thailand, so your orders are being shipped from the Kingdom of Thailand directly to your doorstep.

Yes! We have priority shipping for selection at the check out – please note this will be an additional cost.

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

RETURN & CANCELLATION

We will accept returns only for damaged good. We double check the quality each time before packing, therefore the items that we pack from our facility has been quality controlled. We do not accept items that have been damaged, washed, or any sign of use in any manner. As each individual piece is homemade and unique, we cannot guarantee you will receive the exact same exact pattern and style. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs arise from this exchange. 

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. Discount codes and e-gift cards that are sent electronically cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Original, or priority shipping charges, that have already been paid on the website are non-refundable.

We do not process monetary refunds. We are happy to exchange the returned item for another. Any returned goods will be inspected for signs of use, and we have the right to deny any return if it shows any signs of wear. As each individual piece is homemade and unique, we cannot guarantee you will receive the exact same exact pattern and style. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs arise from this exchange. Original, or priority shipping charges, that have already been paid on the website are non-refundable.

3) For my order “Free Shipping” international order, will I have to pay additional duties, taxes or shipping charges? (if any).

Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges that occur outside of our control.

We allow pre-orders for any quantity.  Pre-orders are guaranteed first delivery. If you would like to place pre-orders, please contact us at  service@shopfineast.com.

The moment your credit card is successfully charged, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Customer will be unable to cancel or make edits to the orders. To add items to your order, you can easily begin a new order placement.  

We do not accept item exchanges without defects and/or wrong items at this time.

We’re super sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than acceptable condition! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the damaged packaging. Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please contact us at service@shopfineast.com, our customer service team for assistance.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and please contact our customer service team (service@shopfineast.com) to make things right. We will make sure the items you ordered are to you. With this honest mistake, Shopfineast.com will be responsible for shipping charges.

PRODUCTS & OTHERS

Bare to mind that our products are hand-dyed and handmade, therefore each piece has its own distinctive character and will not be exactly the same.

We always list washing instructions below each product before the check out. 

First rule of tie-dye. Handwash.

When you remove your order from packaging, please give the clothes a good rinse under water to get rid of any excess tie-dye. The water may look dark or brown-ish grey, but don’t worry as this is totally normal at this stage. Then, fill the tub or sink with room temperature water, and add a gentle or mild detergent to the water. Add ½ tablespoon salt to the water to further settle the tie-dye colors. Afterwards, please allow the clothes to soak for up to 30 minutes before rinsing. Gently squeeze the excess water out and hang your new tie dye outfit up to dry- near your furnace or by natural light.

 

Second rule of tie-dye. Machine-wash.

Once you’ve completed the first rule of handwash, you can start machine-wash your tie-dye apparels. You’ll need to wash separate from other white clothes, using color-safe detergent and a gentle wash cycle. We’d prefer you not machine-dry, and allow the clothes to air-dry by furnace or natural sun light. You can also blow-dry with low-heat with as little as 15 minutes. DO NOT BLEACH. 

 

For ironing, please iron inside-out to protect the tie-dye colors to fade away too quickly and to avoid visible shiny marks.

 

Our apparels normally consist of:

  • Rayon: Make sure to read the care label for rayon clothing. Launder in cool water and a mild detergent. When machine-washing, please use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. When handwashing, do not wring or twist the garment too hard. To dry, roll the item in a towel to squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry. You can iron when it’s still damp. Please iron the garment inside-out, and use a pressing cloth when ironing,  to prevent the fabric from becoming shiny. Pressing cloths can be purchased or use something as simple as a piece of white cotton fabric.
  • Polyester: Read the label. Usually polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.
  • Cotton: Some cotton clothes can be prone to shrinking when they are washed and dried. To be safe, you should always wash in cold water (30°C or below), whether using a washing machine or washing by hand. Give garments a gentle stretch when they come out of the wash to get them back into shape. 
  • Spandex, Lycra Or Elastane

It is best to hand wash spandex to prevent excessive stretching. Always use lukewarm water (max 30°C) for both washing and rinsing. Use a mild detergent that contains no chlorine bleach. Add the garment and gently agitate it, lightly rubbing any stains. Rinse the item in changes of lukewarm water until all soap residue has been removed. Gently squeeze or wring the excess washing water out.

With machine washing for spandex, please place spandex garments in a mesh washing bag. Use a mild detergent that contains no chlorine bleach. Wash on a ‘delicates’ cycle (a cool and gentle wash cycle) and set the machine for a slow spin at the end of the cycle.

Product sizing varies between different styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

We recommend washing multiple dyed fabrics together, ONLY if they are dyed with the same color scheme. If each item has different colors, they should be washed separately to avoid muddying and dulling of the colors on the fabrics as they bleed out into the wash water.



For every piece ordered, we promise one meal fed.  Under our philosophy and concept of ‘real people, real impact’, we accumulate the total orders every two weeks. Our meals will be delivered to urban townships across Thailand, or anyone in real need really. Our mission to fight hunger and provide basic necessities to those without access has inspired us to start this fineastcollective shop.
